Hanover Township F.M.B.A. (Firemen’s Mutual Benevolent Association) Local 109 is composed of career firefighters from both Cedar Knolls (Hanover Township Fire District #3) and Whippany (Hanover Township Fire District #2) fire departments who proudly serve Hanover Township. Since its inception, the members of F.M.B.A. Local 109 have provided fire suppression, fire prevention, public fire education and emergency medical services to the residents, guests and businesses of Hanover Township and provides assistance to surrounding communities.
